OCS is projected to have the largest sample library in the DC, Maryland, Virginia region. SOURCE will be curated to provide exposure to a range of unique brands and mills. Individual business trade accounts are not necessary, as with the Trade membership program and the walk-in Day pass, grants access to purchasing directly through SOURCE. In a world that is moving more towards working from home and boutique office settings, OCS will offer members the collaborative space, SUIT. Client meetings, business meetings, workshops, and presentations, can all be achieved within these open and private spaces. The private offices can be scheduled online, well in advance of your meeting. Refreshment accommodations can be arranged per additional packaged costs, from the in-house cafe/bar, SIP.

Galleries will be a multi-purpose space at OCS. The traditional exhibit of art, from local artist will be displayed on a rotating basis. Each artist will be given the opportunity to hold a gallery opening and apparel made for purchase. SEEN, will also feature interior designers. Designers will have the opportunity to work with local trade providers for their own mini showhouse showcase. Integrating partnerships with membership- artists be highly recommended.

The cafe-wine bar will quite simply be the heart of OCS. SIP will offer members the ability to meet around a shared cup of coffee or cheers with a glass of bubbly to a new business venture. Charcuterie boards made by Le’Box. Pastries made by X. And locally brewed beer on tap by X. Food and beverage packages from SIP, will also be available for members in the private co-working suites (SUIT)

Prepping for meetings and for clients will be made easy at STAMP. This digital lounge will provide members with the ability to print their presentations, architectural sets, or high resolution images to tangibly enhance your business. This secure wifi connect area will also be stocked with office supplies and complimentary unlimited black and white printing. Podcasters are also able to record their shows in one of the digital lounge booths. Lastly, STAMP will have team members onsite to coach website building and social media presence for members.

SHOP will be a curated experience for members to take home art based goods. With exclusive access to bar pieces, vases, bowls, vintage wine glasses, tapestries, candles, prints, clothes, smart home accessories and much more. The SHOP will also feature new pieces monthly for members to explore.

The STUDIO at OCS Collective is a working space for members to shoot their business content. Product stages and backdrops will be available for use. Members will be able to schedule their shoots online and sign the OCS waiver. A list of partnering photographers in available to members upon request. SPEAKING, will be OCS’s multi-functional community area. This space will function as a primary space for networking events, speaking engagements, private parties, and group events. Members will have access to rent this space for their events. Stay tuned for an updated monthly list of events.
